Minneapolis Earth Day Clean Up (“Ef’en the river don’t rise”)

The City and the Park and Recreation Board announced that our 2011 Minneapolis Earth Day Clean Up is to be Saturday, April 16, from 9:30 to noon. The annual event involves parks, neighborhoods and watersheds.

Last year more than 3000 volunteers removed over 15,000 pounds of trash.

PPERRIA observes Earth Day Clean-Up on the East Bank of the Mississippi Gorge.  We meet at Franklin and East River Parkway.  Gloves and trash bags are provided – no registration required. Just show up.
